Returns & Exchanges If you are have receive a defective item (please note that for all size changes, re-delivery fees will be borne by you), please submit your return, refund or exchange
request to X@JuiceOriginals.com within 7 days upon receipt of your
purchase subject to the following terms: - Items must be in
their original purchased (i.e. unused) condition including packaging, warranty cards, & accessories. - Any item that was
received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact. - Items purchased as part of a set or
multi-item bundle must be returned as a whole set/bundle. - Intimates,
undergarments, skincare & cosmetic products are not returnable for hygiene
reasons. - Items purchased on
sale events are not returnable or refundable. - Please note that
shipping costs (if any) will be borne by you for returns. All requests will be reviewed by
JuicE Liaisons to perform any of the following remedies: - Replacing the return product with
a new item of the same model or - A surcharge of $5 will be applicable for exchange for another model/colour or - A refund in JuicE credits less delivery costs & payment transaction costs. Please note that all re-delivery costs will be borne by you. |
