Typographical Errors
In the event that a JuicE by Apparels Affairs product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, JuicE by Apparels Affairs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. JuicE by Apparels Affairs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, JuicE by Apparels Affairs shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by JuicE by Apparels Affairs without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

The section headings contained in these Terms of Use are included for convenience only and shall not limit or otherwise affect the terms of these Terms of Use.  This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Singapore. The Courts at Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.

International Use
We make no representation that information on this Site is appropriate or available for use outside the Asia region. Those who choose to access this Site from outside the Asia region do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden.
